Goleta is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Goleta follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My favorite ramen spot in SB! The broth is rich and flavorful, while the vegetables add a nice crunch. Adding the black garlic makes it even more satisfying. The meat is incredibly tender, with just the right balance of lean and fatty parts. Other than occasionally having to wait for a table, I really have nothing to complain about. And don’t forget to grab their signature sweet potato ice cream at the entrance to finish off your mealοΌšοΌ‰

Pretty solid stop, though I’ll admit I was expecting to be blown away based on all the reviews. I came with family and ordered the spicy tonkatsu with pork shoulder. The portion was a bit smaller than I anticipated β€” plenty of meat, but fewer noodles than I prefer; the food was really presented very well. The broth was good and definitely had the level of spice I was looking for. Staff interaction was fine, nothing remarkable. Overall, I’d give it a 4/5. Worth a visit, and I’ll likely swing by again and will update accordingly.

Nikka Ramen is absolutely delicious. Their ramen is excellent, the service is super fast, and they even offer a kid-friendly broth and noodles option that’s very affordable. I love the pork shoulder ramen with thick noodles. I highly recommend itβ€”100%!

Amazing Ramen! I had the Ramen burrito with fried chicken at the suggestion of my server and it was amazing!. My son had Tonkutsu β€œShiro” with Pork belly. Both were so good and we will be back. Only down side, the bathroom smells like the Hotsprings on poop steroids.

Had an awesome meal at Nikka Ramen with my dad during a weekend trip to Santa Barbara. This has been one of our go to ramen spots for years, and it never disappoints. The tonkotsu ramen is the star. I always get the Kuro with the black garlic oil, which is hands down my favorite. The broth is incredibly thick, rich, and full of flavor. You can really tell the quality of the pork and the care that goes into the broth every single time. My dad usually goes for the classic tonkotsu with garlic, and it is just as solid and comforting. I always add extra pork, corn, scallions, a little spice, and extra black garlic oil. That black garlic oil takes it to another level with this smooth, garlicky, creamy depth that is unreal. Portions are generous for the price, which makes it even better. Service was excellent. Our server was friendly, attentive, and quick, from taking our order to refilling our drinks. We felt taken care of the whole time. If you are in the Santa Barbara area and looking for a reliable, high-quality ramen spot with amazing broth and great service, this place is an easy recommendation.
